Other pesky details:
Deposit – A 50% deposit is due when you sign our contract. This is refundable (minus 5% if you paid by credit card) until 90 days before the event. The balance is due when we arrive on the event day.
Holidays – Certain days of the year are really popular, and we add a 20% Premium Day fee to them. They are the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July, the Saturday of Labor Day weekend, Halloween, the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Years Eve and New Years Day. We add a 30% Super Premium Day fee to certain holidays. They are Easter, Thanksgiving (and the day after), and Christmas Day.
Sales Tax – Rarely, but sometimes we need to charge sales tax.
Trip Fees – We service everywhere that’s a 15 mile drive from the Space Needle (in Seattle) or Pioneer Place (in Portland) or less. We’re happy to go further, but it’ll cost a little more. We also pass on any parking fees to you.
